Hey buddies.

The Ninth is a United States based guild set on Lord Adraas. Everyone is welcome, but our hours work off of that timezone. We're "medium" to "heavy" role-play, often employing in-game channels such as guild chat to be In Character, not just the common spatial chat. Warzones, Flashpoints, and any other game feature is - as we see it - there to help us RP. While we won't claim to be the ones who saved the crew of the Esseles, we will role-play that something similar happened.

We try to be pretty chill, but we also try to stay true to Star Wars. Anyone who enjoys making over the top dragon or vampire characters in ToR likely won't be welcome in our guild but if you're here to learn about the universe or don't really know what else to do we will try to show you the ropes on the universe. After all, not all of us were raised on George Lucas' epic sci-fi space opera.

In Character:

The Ninth was - once upon a time - a military unit in the Republic army. From the birth of known galactic government to the razing of Coruscant th ey tested their mettle at almost every major engagement within the Galactic Republic. Since the Great Galactic War, the 9th and her leaders were transferred to serve under General Garza in the Republic Special Forces. After the destruction of their flagship - The Daginn - during the Cold War the surviving members of the 9th were converted to be assets of the SIS under the command of Senior Agent Norredi Anlon Dekk. The Jedi Order also began to work with the SIS' newly formed Ninth Division, some of them having taken an interest after the Ninth rescued a prolific Jedi scholar from the hands of Sith inquisitors.

Officially, the military arm of the Ninth is the 327th Special Forces Squadron, code-named "Impstalkers." Their motto, and their operations, are the same: Infiltrate. Eliminate.

At this point in the Cold War the Ninth works in clandestine missions across the galaxy. They operate as a splinter cell with plausible deni
ability as they find ways to gather information on the Empire and cripple their renewed drive for war. The jedi, soldiers, and civilians of the Republic and non-Republic worlds would find their home in striking back against the oppression of the Imperial regime.
